I have found this practice deeply profound and fascinating…

I was interested to try the practice about a year ago after it was suggested as potentially helping with issues I had around sexual health and problems with menstrual cycle…

I have however found the practice quite boundless and totally fascinating in new and unexpected ways.

The work is sometimes very challenging.. It pushes the limits of the body in emotional and physical ways that are all to do with ones own idea of  boundaries.. and pushing through.. and surprising yourself.

I think that it works deeply with vitality and blood flow and meridian lines.. working on a very deep level detoxifying.. I have also noticed it deeply improving my circulation and helping with my Raynards…

You work on repeated poses, which feel like they ‘massage out’ stress and channel out blockages through lay-lines in the body –  and I personally feel like through these careful and calculated stresses  you can uplift your body and your mind and connect with potentially unused or dormant energies…

Its a deep uncoiling of built up layered stresses… and through rhythmic cycling repetitive poses and movements its like a very deep internal massage and draining.

Sometimes after some of the poses and postures I feel flooded by stirring energies in ways I have only felt before with something like acupuncture…

Some of the experiences I have had have been very profound, its alway interested and I find it so stimulating too because I can get bored easily! But it always gives me something new

and surprises me. I think it can work for people who have very overactive minds.. I am sure it can work very well to calibrated anxiety and depression.

I feel it suits types who might like cold water swimming or fasting too..

I love challenging myself and I also love being kind to myself.. and this practice does both for me..

Loredana is a really fantastic patient and beautiful teacher, who shares this not for personal gain but through generosity
