In order to facilitate your kundalini yoga session please consider:
- wearing loose, comfortable and light clothes made with natural fibre;
- avoiding heavy meals at least two hours before the class.
- tying your hair and or wearing a cotton head cover, especially during meditation;
- bringing a towel to put on the yoga mats provided or bringing your own;
- bringing a blanket to wear during relaxation if you wish to do so.
